To reset a Sharperlight password:
1. A Site Administrator would need to navigate to the Site Setup tab in the Sharperlight App (see: Sharperlight Client Install and How do I connect to the Sharperlight service?).
2. Navigate to the Users folder, where you will see all users that have been created. You should be able to reset the password from here. Alternatively, you can leave the password blank and set the 'Change password on next login' flag to True. This will mean that users can set their own passwords the next time they sign in.
