There are two main methods to asssign licences to users;


1) Through the licence matrix

You can assign licences to users by navigating to Administration -> Application Access -> Licence Matrix and checking the relevant box for the user you wish to add. You may need to purchase additional licences (see: How do I add a new licence?).

The functionality allowed by the added licence should be available to the assigned user immediately.


2) Through the User list

Please see How do I add a new user? for instructions on how to create a new user if that is required.

If you navigate to Administration -> Users and find the person you wish to add a licence to, you can add licences in the Application Access tab of a user. The pick list for licences should only include licences that you currently have purchased, but not yet allocated to a user.
