There are a couple of reasons why an Activity Code is not selectable:
- there is a restriction on the Users - check for a Time Activity Group on each user because this will restrict the Activities that are available (under the Employee Detail tab)
- there is a restriction on the Job - as with Users, the Activity Group on the Job will restrict the Activities that are available
- the Activity Code is not included in one of the above
