Steps to Set Up a Change Log for Custom Fields

  1. Navigate to Equipment Settings:

    • Go to Equipment > Options > Change Logs. 

  2. Specify Custom Field IDs:

    • Enter the custom field IDs in a pipe-separated string format (e.g., F2|F3|F4).

  3. Save the Settings:

    • Click Save to apply the change log settings.

  4. View Change Log History:

    • When any of the specified custom fields are edited, the changes will be recorded.

    • You can view the history by navigating to Equipment> History > Change Log.
