Upvise Synchronisation Alert Email
The Upvise Synchronisation Alert Email is used to notify a nominated person when syncing issues occur between Upvise and Workbench.
Purpose: It specifies who will receive the daily sync error summary.
Schedule: These emails are generated automatically by a scheduled task at 8:05 AM NZT.
Content: Each email contains a list of all logged synchronisation errors from the past 24 hours.
This provides visibility of any integration issues but does not include the full historical error log.

Reviewing Full Integration Errors
If you have been named to receive these emails, you can obtain a detailed error log by running a backdated sync for the relevant FinCo in workbench.
This is a safe action. When you perform a backdated sync, Upvise simply checks for updates within the selected time period and only attempts to re-sync transactions missing from Workbench. Where a transaction has failed, the sync will produce an error log showing the exact issue.
This process complements the daily summary email by giving you deeper insights into the errors that have occurred.
Steps to Run a Backdated Sync
Navigate to the Upvise Integration page in Workbench.
Change the Last Updated Date to 1–2 days prior (you may go further back if required).
Click Save.
Click Export/Import.
Wait for the sync to complete.
Review the errors displayed in the list view below.
