When files are exported from Upvise using the bulk export option, they are automatically placed into a compressed (zipped) folder. The ZIP format simply keeps multiple files packaged together and reduces their overall file size.
Only single photo exports will appear as individual image files. Any export containing multiple files will be delivered as a ZIP folder.
Important clarification
The unzipping (extraction) of a compressed folder is not an Upvise or Workbench process.
This step is handled entirely by Windows, orcan be facilitated by any third-party extraction tool (e.g. WinZip, 7-Zip, WinRAR).
How to view the exported images
To access the photos or files inside the ZIP folder, it must be extracted first. Microsoft provides clear instructions here:

To unzip a single file:
Open the zipped folder and drag the file you want into another location (e.g. Desktop or Documents).To unzip all files:
Right-click the zipped folder → Extract All… → follow the prompts.
