To change a Contract Claim No in Workbench, you can run the utility below. 


Steps: 

  1. Click Month End to expand the list.
  2. Click Utilities, and then click utilities from the list.
  3. Set the filter Name <like> wbUtilityChangeContractClaimNo 
  4. Click the hyperlink
  5. Populate the filter options as required.
    1. Contract Code related to the claims.
    2. Enter current claim no.
    3. Enter the new claim no. 
  6. Click Run.
