Workbench supports MFA through Office 365 integration. Clients are responsible for and have control of MFA methods for their Office 365 tenants.
1. Workbench supports Azure AD/Office 365 Single Sign-On (SSO) including MFA with Azure AD/Office 365 integration.
2. With the integration enabled, Workbench hands over user authentication to Office 365. All users will be required to sign in via Office 365 by default.
3. As authentication will take place in Office 365, MFA is controlled in each client's Office 365 tenant and can be enabled on a user level. Please discuss MFA with the IT team managing your Office 365 tenant if you have questions.
