If a PDF import fails to sync from Upvsie to Workbench, you can manually access and export the PDF from Upvise. Follow these steps:
Locate the Form in Upvise:
Navigate to the form where the PDF import failed.
Export the PDF:
Click the cloud "Export" icon.
Select Export PDF.
Export PDF
This will allow you to download and access the PDF manually where required and manually upload it into workbench.
