Updating Time Zone Settings for Reporting Integration (Daylight Savings Changes)

If your local time zone changes due to Daylight Savings Time (DST), you must manually update your Time Zone Export Settings for the Reporting Integration URLs in Upvise.

How to Update Your Time Zone Setting:

  1. Log in to Upvise.

  2. Navigate to My Account.

  3. Click “Integration” in the left-hand menu.

  4. Click the settings (gear) icon next to your Reporting Integration URL.

  5. Update the Time Zone to match your current local time.

Common Time Zones:

  • AEST – GMT+10 (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

  • AEDT – GMT+11 (Australian Eastern Daylight Time)

  • AWST – GMT+8 (Australian Western Standard Time)

  • NZST – GMT+12 (New Zealand Standard Time)

  • NZDT – GMT+13 (New Zealand Daylight Time)

  1. Click the “Save” (✓) button to confirm the change. 



Note: Time zone changes can take up to 24 hours to reflect in your reports.
