There are two ways this issue can appear in Workbench.


1. "No Picture Found" Error: This error indicates that there was a problem retrieving the image when the Image Document was being processed into an AP Voucher. To resolve this, you can download the PDF or image from the Image Document and manually attach it to the resulting AP Voucher.


2. "Open" Button Appears: If an "Open" button appears instead of an image preview, please check your browser settings. You may need to adjust the PDF or image preview settings to allow for a direct preview.
